For purposes of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply:
CITY MANAGER: The city manager for the city of Reedley or his or her designated representative.
ENFORCEMENT OFFICER: Any person authorized to enforce violations of this code.
HEARING OFFICER: Any person appointed by the city manager to preside over the administrative hearings provided for by this chapter.
PERSON: Any natural person, firm, association, business, trust, organization, corporation, partnership, company or any other entity.
RESPONSIBLE PARTY: Any person who is responsible for violating the provisions of this code as more particularly described in subsection 1-12-4A of this chapter. (Ord. 2013-003, 6-25-2013)
