Any industrial user not in compliance with this chapter or any discharge limitations shall abide by the provisions of a compliance schedule developed by the director of public works.
The director of public works may require: a) the development of a compliance schedule by each industrial user for the installation of technology required to meet applicable pretreatment standards and requirements; and b) the submission of all notices and self- monitoring reports from industrial users as are necessary to assess and assure compliance by industrial users with pretreatment standards and requirements, including, but not limited to, the reports required in section 8-2-8-1 of this chapter.
