8-1-13-14: AMENDMENTS:
All amendments as may be necessary by title 17 of the California Code of Regulations, American Waterworks Association (AWWA) and the director, or rates, fees and compensation to be charged and collected by the city for services shall be reviewed, revised and established by resolution of the city council. (Ord. 2009-02, 7-28-2009)
