8-1-13-11: APPLICATION TO INSTALL PREVENTION DEVICES:
Prior to the installation of any backflow prevention device between the public water system and the owner's facility, the owner or contractor shall make application and receive approval from the director. Application forms are available from the public works department and the building and planning department. (Ord. 2009-02, 7-28-2009)
