A. Irrigation Use: It shall be unlawful for any person to sprinkle or irrigate any lawn without a sprinkler or nozzle.
B. Exception: Water for irrigation will not be furnished (except upon permission of the public works director) for that purpose alone, and only in connection with domestic use. No irrigation will be permitted in an open ditch.
C. Permission To Sprinkle: It shall be unlawful for any person to use the city water to sprinkle any street or alley, unless permission is obtained from the public works director. (Ord. 30, 6-23-1914)
