The proposed redevelopment plan for the Reedley redevelopment project is hereby approved, adopted and designated as the redevelopment plan for the Reedley redevelopment project and is hereby incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof as if fully set forth at length herein, three (3) copies of which are hereby directed to be on file with the city clerk.
