All vertical measurements for the establishment of grades and elevations of streets shall be taken from and based upon the elevation of a certain bench mark located on the west corner of 11th and G Streets (copper plate embedded in the entrance of the building) shall be converted from the city datum (BATES) to reflect the NAVD 88 elevation. The NAVD 88 datum will be the standard for all vertical control bench marks throughout the city of Reedley. (Ord. 2009-01, 2-10-2009)
