A. Spilling: No person shall cause or permit to be carried, hauled or drawn on any truck, dray or other vehicle belonging to him, or in his charge or under his control upon any portion of the paved streets or sidewalk any crushed rock, gravel, small stone, brick or any other similar substance unless such substance shall be securely contained in a container on such vehicle and loaded so that none of such substances may drop from said container onto the street or sidewalk.
B. Deposits On Streets: No person shall cause or permit to be deposited upon any portion of the paved streets or sidewalks any crushed rock, gravel, brick or similar substances without first obtaining a written permit so to do from the public works director or his designee. (Ord. 72, 4-20-1920)
