It is the purpose and intent of this chapter to promote the health, safety, morals, and general welfare of the residents and businesses within the City by regulating the cultivation, processing, extraction, manufacturing, testing, storing, distribution, transportation, delivery, sale, and consumption of marijuana, whether for medical purposes or recreational or adult use as currently allowed under State law.
