5-10-8: FEES AND FINES:
   A.   No fee shall be imposed for application for or issuance of a permit for an alarm.
   B.   Violation of any provision of this chapter with respect to permits, licenses, prohibited alarms, use of alarms or alarm standards shall cause the alarm agent, alarm company operator, subscriber or other offending person or permit holder to be liable for such fines as are imposed by this chapter 1 .
