5-7-2: SALE OF FIREWORKS; PERMIT REQUIRED:

B. It shall be unlawful for any person to sell or offer for sale any safe and sane fireworks in the city without first obtaining a permit therefor. (Ord. 2013-004, 6-25-2013)
