A. A vehicle assigned to a specific employee shall be excluded from the provisions of subsection 4-3-1C of this chapter so long as there is no nonsmoking passenger present. Said exclusion shall not apply to vehicles assigned to the general use of a department nor to those vehicles within the general car pool system.
B. The City Council may approve an exception to the smoking prohibition on a case by case basis if requested to do so by the applicant of record for a specific event or activity in a City park.
C. The City Manager may institute administrative policies to restrict smoking in such other City owned or operated areas as may be deemed necessary. (Ord. 2003-02, 5-27-2003)
