As used within this chapter, the following definitions apply:
ENCLOSED AREAS: Facilities designed with a solid roof and walls, closable windows and/or doors on all sides.
MUNICIPAL FACILITIES: Buildings or equipment which are owned, leased, or operated by the City.
SMOKING: Inhaling, exhaling, burning, or carrying any lighted or heated cigar, cigarette, or pipe, or any other lighted or heated tobacco, cannabis product or any plant product intended for inhalation, whether natural or synthetic, in any manner or in any form. "Smoking" includes the use of an electronic smoking device that creates an aerosol or vapor, in any manner or in any form, or the use of any oral smoking device for the purpose of circumventing the prohibition of smoking.
VEHICLES: Motorized equipment in which driver and passenger compartments have a roof and glass (either fixed in place or movable) or other solid materials on all sides. (Ord. 2017-008, 1-9-2018)
