4-3-1: SMOKING PROHIBITED:
Smoking is prohibited:
   A.   In all Municipal facilities and outdoor dining areas;
   B.   In all City owned or City operated parks, trails, recreation areas, playgrounds, aquatic and sports facilities, both enclosed and unenclosed; and
   C.   In all City owned or City operated vehicles. (Ord. 2017-008, 1-9-2018)
