3-2-11-10: PROFESSIONAL SERVICES:

Licenses are required for each person who, at a fixed place of business in the city, conducts a business or profession as hereinafter designated in one office, or suite of offices:

Chiropodist

Chiropractor

Civil engineer

Dentistry

Law

Medicine or surgery

Optometry

Osteopathy

Physical therapists

Public accountant

Surveyors

Veterinary medicine or surgery

Any other professionals not herein mentioned
