(a) A UTV may be operated on the far right of the maintained portion of a street. See map attached to Ord. 003-2020 for designated routes highlighted in green.
(b) The City may close streets to protect the environment or if the operation of a UTV poses a particular and demonstrable threat to public safety.
(c) A UTV may not be operated on the road surface, roadway, shoulder or right-of-way of any state or federal highway or street highlighted in red on the map attached to Ord. 003-2020.
