1252.05 DISTRICT STANDARDS.

All principal uses, accessory uses, and special uses in the R-3 District will be subject to area, height, and location regulations as specified on the accompanying schedule, and off-street parking regulations according to this Zoning Code.

(a) Density: Seven dwelling units per acre.

(b) Lot Size: Minimum lot area is 5,000 square feet.

Rear: 10 feet

Side: 10 feet

(d) Lot Width: 50 feet

(e) Structure Height: 35 feet

(f) Dwelling Size: 1,000 square feet

(g) Dwelling Width: 24 feet
