1220.01 CONTINUATION OF EXISTING COMMISSION.

The City Planning Commission heretofore established under and pursuant to Act 85 of the Public Acts of 1931, as amended by Act 163 of the Public Acts of 1943, is hereby continued. (1981 Code § 5.1)
