(a) The fee for permit applications, including the cost of processing such applications, is two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00).
(b) Fees for monitoring, sampling and inspections will be based on the actual cost incurred by the City and assessed to the affected industry.
(c) Other fees as the POTW may deem necessary to carry out the requirements contained herein, which fees are related solely to the matters covered by this chapter, are separate from all other fees chargeable by the POTW. (Ord. 22C. Passed 4-15-96.)
