1044.06 QUALITY CONTROL.

   The following rate schedule may be applied within the City of Reed City plus 100 percent for premises outside the City where the contents and flow are monitored through a control manhole or similarly approved device as authorized by Section 1042.07(h).

   BOD5   $ .315 per pound

   Flow Quantity   Use Rate Schedule

   Charges except for flow apply to BOD greater than 300 mg/l or total phosphorus greater than 7.5 mg/l.
