1044.04 RATES OUTSIDE THE CORPORATE LIMITS.

Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, water to be furnished by the system outside the corporate limits of the City shall be measured by a meter installed and controlled by the City. Water and sewer charges shall be as follows quarterly, to wit: The same charge as herein provided for premises within the City of Reed City, except that a fifty percent surcharge shall be added.
