1042.10 EMERGENCY SUSPENSION OF SERVICE.

The Authority may, after informal notice to the discharger based upon a report from its engineer, immediately and effectively halt or prevent any discharge of pollutants (to the POTW) which reasonably appears to present an imminent endangerment to the health or welfare of persons.
