1022.01   DEFINITIONS.
   The following definitions shall apply in the interpretation of this chapter:
   (a)   “City Manager” means the City Manager or his or her designee.
   (b)   “Sidewalk” shall mean the portion of the street right of way designed for pedestrian travel.
