880.09 DURATION OF THE TAX INCREMENT PLAN.

The Tax Increment Plan shall commence upon its approval by the City Council and shall remain in effect until December 31, 2017. The Downtown Development Authority shall be entitled to receive all tax revenues from taxes levied on December 1, 2017. The term may be extended by amendment or modification of the Tax Increment Finance and Development Plan to incorporate future development activities within part or all of the downtown district.
