656.01 PUBLIC PLACE DEFINED.

Unless otherwise provided, as used in this chapter, "public place" means any street, alley, park, sidewalk, public building, place of business open to the public or frequented by the public or any portion thereof, and any other place which is open to public view or to which the public, or any portion thereof, has access.
