652.11 OPTION OF CITY TO ACQUIRE PROPERTY.

The City through its City Manager may in its discretion elect to have the owner or owners of the subject property containing or constituting the nuisance execute a quit claim deed conveying to the City absolutely all of the owner's right, title and interest in all or in specified portions of the subject premises.(Ord. 108B. Passed 11-7-77.)
