471.02 EXCESSIVE NOISE.

No person shall use any automobile, motorcycle or other vehicle upon any roadway or any other place open to the general public so out of repair, so loaded, or in such a manner as to create loud and unnecessary grating, rattling, squealing of tires, revving of engine, or any other noise detrimental to the health and well being of any other person.
