460.03 REGISTRATION.

No snowmobile or off-road vehicle shall be operated within the City unless it is registered by the owner as required under the Snowmobile Act of the State of Michigan. All snowmobiles duly registered shall display the registration on the forward half of the snowmobile in characters at least three inches in height in accordance with State law.
