450.03 VIOLATION NOTICES.

Any police, peace or law enforcement officer of the City of Reed City, Osceola County or the State of Michigan may, upon his or her own personal knowledge or upon information and belief, issue to any alleged violator hereof a violation citation or notice to appear.
