420.02 ALL-NIGHT WINTER PARKING.

In order to permit the City to properly remove all snow and ice from all public ways during the winter months in the most expedient manner, no person shall park a vehicle on any street in the City from November 15 to and including April 1, between the hours of 2:30 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., and such vehicle may be impounded by the Police.
