278.03   DEFINITIONS.
   As used in this chapter:
   (a)   "Council" shall mean the City Council of the City of Reed City.
   (b)   "Commission" shall mean the Recreation Commission of the City of Reed City.
   (c)   "Member" shall mean a member of the Recreation Commission as determined by this chapter. (1981 Code § 1.143)
