278.02 SCOPE AND PURPOSE.

The purpose of this chapter shall be to establish a Recreation Commission for the City of Reed City, which Commission shall assume positive leadership in formulating a philosophy of recreation and a recreation program suitable to the City of Reed City. Its members shall advise the City Council of the City of Reed City on all matters related to and necessary to the recreational needs of said City of Reed City.
