ORDINANCE NO. 67, FOURTH SERIES

AN ORDINANCE ENACTING AND ADOPTING A SUPPLEMENT TO THE

CODE OF ORDINANCES FOR THE CITY OF REDWOOD FALLS

   WHEREAS, American Legal Publishing Corporation of Cincinnati, Ohio, completed the Tenth Supplement to the Code of Ordinances of the City of Redwood Falls, which supplement contains all Ordinances of a general and permanent nature enacted since the prior supplement to the Code of Ordinances of the City of Redwood Falls;

   NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD FALLS:

   SECTION 1.   That the Tenth Supplement to the Code of Ordinances of the City of Redwood Falls, as submitted by American Legal Publishing Corporation of Cincinnati, Ohio, which includes Ordinances:

62   AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE

63   AN ORDINANCE ENACTING AND ADOPTING A SUPPLEMENT TO THE CODE OF ORDINANCES FOR THE CITY OF REDWOOD FALLS

64   AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A FRANCHISE EXTENSION TO WEST CENTRAL SANITATION, TO COLLECT AND HAUL RESIDENTIAL MUNICIPAL SOLID WASTE GENERATED BY RESIDENTIAL AND MULTI-RESIDENTIAL UNITS LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY OF REDWOOD FALLS, MINNESOTA

65   AN ORDINANCE AMENDING REDWOOD FALLS CODE OF ORDINANCES §10.46 PERTAINING TO ANIMAL LICENSING AND REGULATION

66   AN ORDINANCE DELETING IN ITS ENTIRETY THE LANGUAGE OF REDWOOD FALLS CODE OF ORDINANCE § 3.50 AND ENACTING A NEW ORDINANCE ALLOWING FOR THE INSPECTION OF PROPERTY TO DETERMINE IF THERE IS DISCHARGE OF PROHIBITED CLEAR WATER DRAINAGE, TO PROVIDE A SURCHARGE FOR NON COMPLIANCE AND CONNECTION REQUIREMENTS.

and all other amendments, be and the same is hereby adopted by reference as if set out in its entirety; and

   SECTION 2.   Such supplement shall be deemed published as of the day of its adoption and approval by the Legislative Authority, and the Clerk of the City of Redwood Falls is hereby authorized and ordered to insert such supplement into the copy of the Code of Ordinances kept on file in the Office of the Clerk.
