§ 50.03 DISPOSAL REQUIRED.
   Every person shall, in a sanitary manner, dispose of refuse that may accumulate upon property owned or occupied by him or her. Garbage shall be collected, or otherwise lawfully disposed of, at least once a week. Each individual home and each individual business shall be required to have garbage collection.
