§ 36.01 PAYMENT OF FINES, FORFEITURES AND PENALTIES INTO CITY TREASURY.
   All fines, forfeitures and penalties recovered for the violation of any ordinance of the city shall be paid into the City Treasury by the court or officer receiving such moneys. Payment shall be made in the manner at the time provided by applicable law.
