§ 32.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is provided shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter or any regulation adopted thereunder relating to acts, omissions, or conduct other than official acts of city employees or officers is guilty of a misdemeanor.
