Licensees. Any licensee found to have violated this chapter, or whose employees have violated this chapter, shall be subject to the following penalties, and such violation shall be cause for the imposition of an administrative penalty, license suspension, and/or license revocation as set forth below:
(A) The first violation shall be subject to an administrative penalty of $300.
(B) The second violation at the same licensed premises within 36 months of the first violation shall subject licensee to a three-day suspension of the license and an administrative penalty of $600.
(C) The third violation within a 36 month period shall subject licensee to 30 day suspension of the license and an administrative penalty of $1,000.
(D) Upon a fourth violation within a 36 month period, the license will be revoked.
