§ 117.01 SCOPE.

(A) This chapter applies to the sale of any product that contains cannabinoids extracted from hemp and that is an edible cannabinoid product or is intended for human consumption by any route of administration.

(B) This chapter does not apply to any product dispensed by a registered medical cannabis manufacturer pursuant to state law.
