(A) Floodway District. The Floodway District includes those areas within Zones A as shown on the flood insurance rate maps adopted in § 154.03 of this chapter, which are determined to be located in the floodway based on the floodway and flood fringe delineation methods outlined in § 154.14(B) of this chapter.
(B) Flood Fringe District. The Flood Fringe District includes areas within Zones A as shown on the flood insurance rate maps adopted in § 154.03 of this chapter, which are determined to be located in the flood fringe based on the floodway and flood fringe delineation methods outlined in § 154.14(B) of this chapter.
(C) General Floodplain District. The General Floodplain District includes those areas within Zone A as shown on the Flood Insurance Rate Maps adopted in § 154.03 of this chapter.
(D) Applicability. Where Floodway and Flood Fringe Districts are delineated on the floodplain maps, the standards in §§ 154.12 or 154.13 will apply, depending on the location of a property. Locations where Floodway and Flood Fringe Districts are not delineated on the floodplain maps are considered to fall within the General Floodplain District and the standards in § 154.14 of this chapter will apply.
