§ 153.05 NONCONFORMING STRUCTURES.
   Any structure existing at the date of adoption or amendment of this chapter which does not comply with the provisions of this chapter by reason of restrictions on area, lot coverage, yards or other characteristic of the structure of lot may be continued provided that such structures may:
   (A)   Not be enlarged or altered in a way which increases its nonconformity;
   (B)   Not be rebuilt, except in conformity with the provisions of this chapter, after damage to an extent of more than 50% of its replacement value at the time of damage;
   (C)   Not be moved in any way unless it shall thereafter be conform to the provisions of this chapter; and
   (D)   Have normal repairs and maintenance necessary to keep the structure in sound condition.
