The State Plumbing Code, being Minn. Rules 1355, as last amended, three copies of which are on file in the office of the City Administrator-Treasurer, is hereby adopted as the Plumbing Code of the city for the purpose of regulating the installation of plumbing and plumbing fixtures in all buildings within the city. Every provision contained in such code is hereby adopted and made a part of this section as if fully set forth herein.
