The State Electric Code, being Minn. Rules 1315, as it may be amended from time to time, three copies of which are on file in the office of the City Administrator-Treasurer, is hereby adopted as the Electrical Code of the city for the purpose of regulating construction, remodeling or altering of electrical service systems in any building or structure within the city. Every provision in said code is hereby adopted and made part of the code of the city as if fully set forth herein.
