(A) The Building Inspector or Fire Marshal designated by the Council shall enforce the provisions of this part of the code of the city. All property shall be inspected and if found to be in violation of this part be corrected.
(B) Written notice stating the corrections to be made shall be served upon the person owning the property and if such person fails or refuses to comply with such notice, the Building Inspector, Fire Marshal or any duly appointed inspector may remove the hazard and assess the cost thereof to the person owning the property upon which the hazard was located.
