§ 150.01 OPTING OUT OF STATE BUILDING CODE.
   Pursuant to authority granted by M.S. § 326B.121, Subd. 2(a), the city opts out of the requirements of M.S. Chapter 326B, which requires adoption and enforcement of state Building Code.
