§ 116.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   CARNIVALS. Any amusement activities, rides, merry-go-rounds, booths for the conduct of games of still, food dispensing facilities and sideshows.
   PUBLIC EXHIBITION. Includes circuses, menageries, sideshows and other similar itinerant amusement enterprises which are open to the public and for which an admission fee is charged.
