§ 114.03 VIOLATIONS.

Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Notwithstanding the foregoing penalty, the city may apply to the District Court for the county, for injunctive relief against any individual violating this chapter in addition to the misdemeanor penalty.
