(A) Fees established. License fees are in the amounts established in the governing sections of this chapter or as otherwise provided in this code.
(B) Prorated fees. If the initial license is to run for less than a full year, the applicant shall pay a pro rate fee, with any unexpired fraction of a month being counted as one month.
(C) Refunds. License fees shall not be refunded in whole or in part unless otherwise specified by this code or by law.
