(A) Trees prohibited. None of the following trees listed may be planted on street boulevards:

(B) Removal and replacement. The City Administrator-Treasurer or city may order that prohibited trees be cut down and replaced by approved trees, if, in their judgment they feel that the prohibited trees are becoming a hazard or are affecting the health or any other trees.
