§ 96.08 TRANSPORTING ELM WOOD PROHIBITED.

It is unlawful for any person to transport within the city any bark-bearing elm or oak wood without having obtained a permit from the city. The city shall grant such permits only when the purpose of this chapter will be served thereby.
