§ 94.05 ENFORCEMENT.
   The County Sheriffs Department shall, in connection with their other duties, diligently enforce the provisions of this chapter. The Sheriffs Department shall have the authority to eject from the park any person acting in violation of this chapter. The Sheriffs Department shall also have the authority to seize and confiscate any property, thing or device in any park used in violation of this chapter.
